A 1912 success course, rebuilt as something you will actually finish.
In 1912 Charles F. Haanel mailed out The Master Key System one lesson a week: 24 parts of blunt, unglamorous instruction in attention, habit, imagination and self-belief. This site turns all of it into a guided practice — every one of his 759 numbered points in plain English, each checked against one of his own study questions, with the exercises exactly as he set them.
Everything he wrote, none of it skipped
Each Part is broken into 4–6 sublevels. Every sublevel carries a block of Haanel's actual text, a plain-English translation, a one-line takeaway, and a study question from the book itself.

The silent sit with a breathing timer, the will drill, the seed visualisation, affirmations, and a Bounce-Back room for the days that go wrong. Progress is saved to your account, on this server.

Sixteen sublevels carry explicit warnings. Haanel's claims about illness are contradicted in writing. Grief, intrusive thoughts, trauma and elevated states each have guidance, and there is a check-in that routes you to real help when it is the better tool.
Read FirstYou do not have to start at Part One
Haanel sent the parts in order and asked for one a week. If you are arriving at a low point, though, the most useful part is not always the first one. Pick the line that sounds like you:
Two worlds: within and without
The world without is a reflection of the world within.
Think of yourself as having two lives at once. The world within is thought, feeling, belief, imagination. The world without is what you can see and touch: your conditions, your environment, your relationships. Haanel says the second is a print of the first — and the honest, modern reading is this: what you attend to, expect and rehearse changes what you do, how long you keep going after a knock, and how people respond to you.
Open this sublevel →Four things this course is not claiming
No thought or affirmation overrides probability, other people, or physics. Hold the big claims as an operating metaphor: attention shapes action, and action shapes outcomes.
Your circumstances are not proof of defective thinking. Illness, trauma, loss, discrimination and plain bad luck are real and are not caused by insufficient positivity.
This is mindset training. It works alongside professional care and never instead of it — and it must never be a reason to delay or change medical treatment.
Nothing bad happens if you miss a day or stop halfway. Streaks are optional equipment, and the progress numbers count repetitions, never your worth.
