Practice · the bad day
The Bounce-Back room
This page exists for the specific reason most mindset courses fail their readers: they are written for the motivated moment, and read in the collapsed one. Nothing here tells you the setback was a gift, and nothing asks you to feel better before you are allowed to move.
Bounce-Back room
Something knocked you down. Start there.
Pick the closest thing. There is no correct answer, and nothing here is going to tell you that what happened was secretly a gift.
If none of these fit, the two-question check-in on the Read First page is the better place to start today.
Why this room is arranged the way it is
- The feeling is not corrected first. The reframe is about what comes next, not about whether you were allowed to be upset.
- Three entries route to care instead of technique. Loss, emptiness and shame are not mindset problems, and a course that treated them as problems of thinking would be harmful.
- There is always one smallest step. Not a plan, not a system — one action small enough to do while feeling exactly this bad.
