A private record of what actually changed
The most useful thing a demoralised person can own is evidence. Not somebody else's testimonial — a dated line in your own handwriting, from four weeks ago, that you would have sworn was impossible then.
Journal
One honest line is worth more than a page of performance
BeforeAfter
Create a free account to keep journals across devices, encrypted before they are stored. We never read them, and deleting your account deletes them.
The privacy, in plain words
- Entries are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key held by the server, before they are written to the database. A stolen database file is not a stolen diary.
- No analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts are loaded on this page — nothing that could see what you type.
- Deleting your account deletes your journals immediately and permanently. Export first from the dashboard if you want a copy.
- We do not read journals, and there is no feature that shares them. This is a private practice log, not a social feed.
One caveat, stated honestly: encryption at rest protects your entries from a leaked database, not from someone with full control of the server. If you need a journal that is private even from the operator, keep it on paper or in an end-to-end encrypted app.
